you own bust a nut I must tell you this thing my choir does so sometimes wedon't have enoughenergy so the teachers do a "pumpup exercise" with us and one of them we call 'peel bananas' how it goes is you do jazzhands & yell "PEEL BANANAS PEELPEEL BANANAS PEEL BANANAS" then it's 'FORM A WALL FORM FORM A WALL nOW BREAK THE WALL' & you punch the air then you whisper "form a nut. form form a nut. nOW BUST A NUT! BUST BUST A NUT!" So you have thisroom of 50 teens screaming "BUST A NUT BUSTBUST A NUT"
