Whenever Macgyver is on TV Alex will shout "SEE I LOOK LIKE HIM DON'T I" and no one sees it but he's adamant that's the case and he swears he could be his stunt double or clone or something. You play along, even though you don't see a resemblance, just to make him smile :)
